Boat trip across the Maasplassen

The trip starts in the oldest part of Roermond, where the river Roer guides us past the historic city centre on the right and picturesque houses on the left. We then sail upstream on the river Maas towards the Maasplassen. This beautiful nature area offers a calm setting with active sailors and, just after a narrow bridge, a lively recreational area. Finally, you pass the park Marina Oolderhuuske, where floating homes can be admired up close.

• The boat tours depart from the Roerkade, opposite Hotel de Pauw, Roermond | Roerkade 2.
• Duration of the trip: enjoy the views for 70 minutes.
• Price: adults, children from 3 years, seniors 65+, groups, etc.: €12.50 per person | children up to and including 2 years: free of charge | Please note: cash payment only.
• Prefer to pay by card? Purchase your ticket at the VVV Roermond desk, Markt 17.
• The boat tour is not wheelchair accessible. You need to be able to walk a few steps, as there is a staircase down to the Roerkade. You may bring your wheelchair on board.
